TOTUS TUUS, MARIA !

THE UNWITHERING FLOWER OF GALILEE

Teaching by the Most Blessed Virgin Mary
about Her own behaviour and inner states as a human being

Practical Guide for the purpose of imitating Mary

Myriam van Nazareth

"(...) Never forget that the Most High has brought together in Me, Mary, all elements and aspects of perfection which have ever come out of His hand, and that on account thereof, I represent the fullness of His Works of creation, redemption and sanctification. That is why, in these end times, I am being made known as the Mistress of all souls, for the time of the perfect glorification of God’s Works has now come". (Revelation by the Mistress of all souls to Myriam van Nazareth, March 2-3, 2009)

"Before long I shall give the souls a teaching through My Myriam, in which it will be shows to them how I was as a human being, so that they may see the patterns of behaviour and the way of being that give perfect fulfillment to Divine Justice and thereby release the highest Graces". (Revelation by the Mistress of all souls to Myriam van Nazareth, August 22, 2010)

In Her Revelation of August 22, 2010, on the feast of Her Coronation as the Queen of Heaven and earth and the Mistress of all souls, the Most Blessed Virgin Mary announced that She was going to give Her Myriam a teaching for the benefit of the souls, in order to show them just how She really was when living on earth. By way of explaining the purpose of this promise Mary expressed the wish that all souls should be able to keep in mind what it actually means in everyday life to 'imitate Mary'.

Exactly this was the main purpose of the book Rebirth of Eden, which saw the light of day in 2007 as a fruit of an extensive series of visions on Mary’s daily life.

Through this practical guide for the purpose of imitating Mary the Mistress of all souls provides the souls with the grace of being able to clearly imagine what She was actually like, the Model of the most sublime sanctity, the summit of fruitfulness never again to be paralleled by any created soul.

This way the souls will be presented with a 'picture' of the human soul harbouring modes of conduct and frames of mind which, together, lead to a life of the highest fruitfulness, i.e. of the highest possible sanctity. They will see MARY, but will be invited to make this behaviour and these frames of mind their own, to such an extent as to be able to find themselves back in this text like in a mirror. This teaching not only shows how Mary behaved, but also why (the spiritual background of Her behaviour).

The text of the present teaching could not possibly be complete. Its sole purpose is therefore to depict a number of situations and frames of mind from the life and being of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary which, together, may enable as many souls as possible to imitate Her as well as possible in many situations of everyday life.

This text is written in the present tense, because it is the representation of images from Mary’s life like they were shown to Myriam and were jotted down in the form of descriptions.

The Most Blessed Virgin Maria, the unwithering Flower of Galilee

Mary’s entire being, Her entire behaviour and all Her inner frames of mind during Her life on earth are built around the perfect application of God’s Law. In no way could there be found any difference between Mary and the ideal image God had in mind when creating the human soul. God had foreseen that man would be perfectly holy and live accordingly, i.e.: The human soul was to do the following things:

  • with everything going on within her (all thoughts, feelings, wishes and aspirations) and

  • with everything emanating from her (all actions and words, even every facial expression and gestures)

the human soul was to yield the highest possible fruitfulness for God’s Plans and Works, to contribute to the highest possible extent to the accomplishment and completion of these Divine Plans and Works, and to bring the highest degree of salvation and blessings upon creation.

Mary was the first human soul in whom this Divine ideal came to life to the fullest possible extent, and was expressed in all situations of everyday life. She achieved this by applying in Her own life the utter perfection of Love, the only Source of all Life, the very essence of Divine Life. Mary nourished Herself totally from the Source of Divine Life, and was therefore the most sublime image of God.

The Immaculate Virgin Mary is an extraordinarily beautiful woman. Her beauty is truly supernatural, as though She actually represented God’s perfection on earth. Her features are enchantingly soft, as though surrounded by an extraordinary glow. Whether one sees Her as a child, as a young girl, as an adult woman or as a 'mature' woman, it seems as if Her features hardly change. She always radiates this highly unusual mixture of glow, softness, tenderness and dignity which fascinates a lot of people. The timelessness of Her features and Her overall celestial charisma are owing to the fact that, in the very core of Her soul, Mary is motivated by an absolutely perfect and unconditional Love for God and for every fellow creature. This total Love determines Her whole way of being and all of Her actions. Whoever watches and listens to Mary with a perfectly opened heart, knows that Gods’ Kingdom on earth is being prepared.

Let us now watch Mary, the Flower that knew how to bring the seed of Divine Life within Her to bloom so totally that not a single petal of Her entire being would ever wither:

  1. Mary approaches every creature (man and animal) with a Heart which is constantly bridging the gaps between the creature and God. She empathizes with the creature, brings the latter’s needs before God in a constant consecration, and beams God’s Love straight into the creature’s heart. By bringing about, reinforcing and accelerating this flow in both directions, She constantly purifies this creature’s inner life and furthers its vital strength. This way She is constantly connecting every creature She meets to God.

  2. Mary allow Herself to be led by the inner question how She can be of service to Her fellow creature. She sees Her own life as nothing but a concatenation of opportunities to represent God towards all creation or towards one or more creatures: She wants to envelop every creature (man and animal) in the security of God’s Love, so that this creature may feel and know that God is taking care of him/it. In this service Mary focuses first of all on promoting the salvation of her fellow man’s soul as well as the flourishing of Love in any other creature.

  3. To Mary, every contact with a creature (man or animal) is a moment of self-denial. She is only happy to the extent to which Her fellow creature’s well-being is secured. All physical and emotional suffering experienced by this fellow creature motivates Mary to perform actions and speak words that are likely to either alleaviate this suffering or make it more fruitful. As a first sacrifice to obtain this grace, She offers Herself up to God, body and soul, Heart and mind, with the fullness of Her Love, and with the sacrifice of Her time.

  4. I see the way Mary treats animals: She softly speaks to them, likes very much to caress them, treats them with respect and tenderness, being fully aware of the fact they are creatures given to mankind by God out of Love, in order to be man’s companions he can exchange God’s Love in both directions with, while living on earth. In the way She deals with animals Mary shows to the souls to what high extent true happiness and true peace on earth are determined by the strength of the flow of Love between human souls and animals. When caressing an animal, Mary wants to teach this animal as well as any people in Her vicinity, that touching must not be a source of fear, but that a human hand must bring nothing but blessings.

  5. In the way She treats animals Mary reminds the souls that the human soul was intended by God to be His representative towards the entire creation: God expects every soul to arouse in every fellow creature the feelings which are inherent to God’s Presence: Love, trust, security, inner peace, deep calm, true love of life. This is how Mary arouses in every fellow creature the ability to help fulfill completely the plan God is pursuing with this creature’s life, in that every inhibition and every bit of fear living within this creature are completely expelled from it, and in that it truly feels supported in all of its trials.

  6. Mary so completely surrenders to every fellow creature (man and animal), that the latter is no longer prey to feelings of loneliness. The creature feels so totally absorbed in Mary’s Heart that it can actually feel how much it is loved by God. This way She greatly stimulates the flow of true Love and trust among creatures, and from the creatures towards God.

  7. Mary treats every fellow creature (man and animal) softly and tenderly. She regards every creature as God’s property, as a living being with feelings, to which it is very important to feel loved and to be accepted in all its specific peculiarities (individual features, personality, characteristics inherent to the animal species, etcetera). Mary does not hit any creature, does not speak unsettling words, and does not take any creature’s dignity.

  8. Mary loves silence as a holy thing. She looks for silence because it fully reminds Her of God’s perfection. She Herself speaks in a soft and controlled tone of voice, without any exuberance. She moves about very quietly, so that in spite of Her physical beauty She hardly attracts anybody’s attention. In Mary’s opinion, every violation against silence is like breaking into God’s property, since the Spirit of God is everywhere and is constantly trying to whisper Eternal Wisdom into all hearts. Mary detests any violation against silence also because She considers this to be a form of conceitedness, of imposing one’s own presence on creation.

  9. Mary’s voice is very lovely and soft, under any circumstances She speaks in a tender and loving way. The way She speaks instills quiet, peace and trust into every heart. Mary does not speak one single word in a way that might arouse in Her listener (man or animal) any irritation or uneasiness, neither because of the tone of voice nor on account of the content of Her words. The way She speaks heals many wounded hearts because Her softness is a perceptible bearer or God’s Love which allays much anxiety in humans and animals alike.

  10. When Mary speaks to a fellow creature (man or animal), She does so in the form of friendly invitations, soft expressions, humble questions or joyful, encouraging remarks. Not one situation is shown to me in which Mary gives commands, neither to young Jesus nor to Joseph, nor to a disciple, nor to the women following Jesus, nor to animals. To all and any fellow creatures She softly speaks, She never commands. Nevertheless She enjoys an unlimited authority, because Her words and requests are bearers of an extraordinary Love, and Her fellow people thereby feel very much more deeply involved with Her Heart’s desires. Mary considers commands to be expressions of pride, and feels much too little and unworthy to give orders to any creature. The only exceptions Mary shows to me are the situations in which She commands demons, which She is able to see on account of Her exceptional state of grace.

  11. Mary hardly ever talks about worldly subjects. When She speaks, She usually does so with the purpose of announcing God’s Truth, of liberating a soul from any deception, of giving a soul new courage or hope, or of enveloping a fellow creature (man or animal) in an atmosphere of deep Love. She never slanders or gossips, does not speak with any fellow man about another fellow man when the latter is not present (unless for the purpose of saying something good about him). In Her Heart She is so constantly focused on God that She does not feel the slightest need for worldly conversations. She considers such conversations to be meaningless, empty and a mere waste of time. Life is too precious to talk to fellow people about things that lack the ability to bring salvation to the world.

  12. Mary never partakes in public festivities or private parties on Her own initiative. If She does attend, She does so because She was invited and on the proviso She cannot decline the invitation. She only accepts an invitation if Her presence may bring spiritual advantages to the people present. When attending a festivity She eats and drinks but very moderately, speaks very little, and if She does, it will only be about God and His Works. At the wedding at Cana I can hear Her speak about nothing but the Mission of Jesus, who has just begun His Public Life. Mary regards encounters with people merely as occasions to let God’s Love flow and to open souls up to Him. She abhors worldly conversation, because She knows it is a waste of time for God’s Works.

  13. In spite of the fact Mary suffers a great deal of emotional pain, She does not feel a need to pour Her Heart out with Her fellow people. She recognizes people’s tendency to do so as a pitfall set up by the devil with the intention of depriving suffering and trials of all their merits, and of tempting souls into keeping busy with their worldly affairs. She offers Her emotional pains up to God, thanks for them because they give Her the opportunity to acquire salvation for souls, and tries to lead them to the highest possible fruitfulness.

  14. When Mary looks at a fellow creature (man or animal) Her Heart starts burning in deep Love. She sees every creature as a work of God, an expression of His Love, into which He has laid an element of Himself. In each fellow creature She loves God. She is perfectly well aware of the infinite wonder which is constantly taking place in every living being: A body in which countless processes are interacting among each other, a diversity of mental faculties, vital strength. She therefore regards every living being as a sacred work, causing within Her Heart deep and silent amazement and intense Love. Therefore Her respect for every creature (human, animal, plant) is also unlimited. The fact a prolonged contact with a specific creature makes Her ever more familiar with it, does in no way detract anything from Her respect, so that She continues to deal with every fellow creature in a very gentle, soft and controlled manner. She remains perfectly aware that every creature is God’s property.

  15. Mary knows that, on account of the original sin and of the sinfulness of mankind, life on earth is an uninterrupted series of trials. This is another reason why She regards every encounter with a fellow creature (man or animal) as an opportunity to exchange God’s Love and to make it flow more vigorously, so that all creatures involved may feel mutually supported and loved, and may thereby be enabled to enrich their lives on earth with the fruitfulness God had foreseen for them. In so doing, Mary wants to teach the creatures to perceive how God’s breath of deep peace pervades everything if His Love is enabled to flow freely among all creatures. By Her entire behaviour Mary demonstrates how people can bring about their own unhappiness through their lack of true Love among each other and towards all of their fellow creatures.

  16. Mary’s body is very sensitive. She frequently suffers from ailments, pains and fatigue, often rather severely. Moreover the circumstances of Her life often cause Her much heartache. On account of Her exceptional mystical vocation She also carries along in Her Heart and body an indescribable deal of suffering from other creatures. She considers all this suffering to be opportunities to help accomplish God’s Plan of Salvation for all creation. Therefore She never complains about the trials She is suffering. She largely bears Her sufferings secretly, as the effects of a bond of coredemption She has entered into with God in the depth of Her Heart.

  17. Mary feels the most closely connected to God when She is being tried. She perfectly realizes that God needs the sacrifice of trials to complete His Plan of Salvation and to dispel all darkness from the world altogether. Indeed, offered trials make the power of true Love flourish in that they are put entirely under the effects of God’s Love, which prepares Graces from trials. This is why Mary offers every trial to God as seeds for the extension of His Paradise on earth. She does this with Her own trials, as well as with all sufferings of all creatures.

  18. When Mary consecrates trials and sufferings She does so on behalf of all creatures, so much so that it appears to God as if all living beings He has ever created were uninterruptedly consecrating all their own sufferings and those of all other living beings to Him. This way Mary turns into an inexhaustible reservoir for all suffering on earth, which She lets flow to God in such a way that it seems as though the entire creation is constantly helping to transform darkness into Light. Thus Mary’s whole life becomes a true, all-embracing transformer between creation and God.

  19. When Mary suffers, She regards Her suffering as Her contribution to the Works God wants to accomplish for the purification and upgrading of His creation, which is ill due to the sins of mankind. This is why She endures everything in a state of full acceptance. She never asks to be relieved from any suffering, She merely asks for support and strength, so as to be able to accomplish Her share of God’s Works with the highest possible fruitfulness. This state of mind enables Her to keep pushing back Her boundaries, so to speak, so that nothing gets too much for Her. Thus Mary’s whole life is an uninterrupted exercise of perfect Love. It is this holy and incessant Love which accounts for Mary’s tremendous vital strength.

  20. Mary accepts everything She encounters on the path of Her life without the slightest sign of protest. For example, She never complains about the weather conditions. I can see Her in long-lasting rainy or stormy weather, in persistent draught and heat. Her body sometimes suffers under the consequences of severe weather or intensive heat, and She also advises others (e.g. Jesus and Joseph, and later Jesus’ disciples) against walking about outside in rain, wind or heat for too long, but She does not speak any negative words. She knows that God allows all things for a reason, and that nature will give signs, and She consecrates all this to God for the salvation of all creation. So She regards all weather conditions as provisions from Divine Providence, and She endures them out of Love for God’s Plan of Salvation.

  21. Mary is grateful for everything, because She knows that God uses positively everything to complete the effects of His Plan of Salvation, and that thus eventually everything is used to enhance the eternal happiness of all souls. Because of this attitude Mary is never inclined to protest against certain events in Her life. No matter how tiresome or inconvenient they may be at the very moment when they occur, Mary knows that everything is amply compensated in Eternal Life, and that God uses all trials that are wholeheartedly accepted, to diminish misery and misfortune for all mankind.

  22. Disease and physical inconvenience suffered by Mary do not influence Her surroundings in any negative way. Her temper does not suffer by it, She maintains Her inner peace. Mary considers disease and physical inconvenience to be conditions going on strictly between Her and God. She tries to experience very consciously every moment of physical suffering, in order to consecrate it to God for the salvation of souls. She is well aware that such moments are gifts from God which She can use to help prepare flowers of sanctification for the benefit of souls. This way She succeeds over and over again in dealing with the most difficult hours in the most positive way.

  23. Mary also handles sorrows and grief in such a way as to make them wholesome for souls. In sorrow and grief She unites with God’s Heart, which is constantly being tortured by the flood of sins and the souls’ lack of love. She is well aware of the fact the consecration of Her heartaches to God intensifies ever further the flow of Love from God’s Heart to Her own Heart, and that this intensification of the flow of Love promotes the healing of souls. Exactly this attitude will crown Her vocation as the Coredemptrix when She is standing on Mount Calvary. To Mary the awareness of not bearing Her sufferings for Herself but for the well-being of all creatures constitutes a true source of strength and encouragement in the most difficult hours.

  24. In spite of the fact Mary bears a great deal of suffering, She does not worry. She knows with certainty that every detail of Her life, including the setbacks, are used by Divine Providence to purify His creation of all elements of darkness, providing She bears Her sufferings with Love and shows the fullest faith in God’s actions. She knows God does not do anything by halves, and that all setbacks are but mere stepping stones towards highlighting God’s highest glory and an ever growing peace for all souls.

  25. Mary incessantly speaks to God. She does not only do so during Her daily prayers: In all and any circumstances and situations of everyday life She thinks and feels in such a way as to mould Her thoughts and feelings into conversations with God. Thus She is always offering everything that goes on inside of Her to God, both the enjoyable and the sorrowful experiences, and is sharing every moment of Her life with Him. Thus Mary becomes the model for total consecration, the model for a life led in perfect attachment to God.

  26. Mary prays through Her actions and Her whole way of acting and of being as well as through words. Her entire being is so totally geared to God that everything about Her is tantamount to constant prayer. She knows the soul was not made to lead a life for herself while on earth, but to carry within herself an element of God in order to yield fruits in close union with Him, through everything that goes on within her and through everything that emanates from her. That is why Mary sees to it that in every detail of Her life the unity and the collaboration with God are maintained, by immersing all Her words, actions and thoughts in perfect Love.

  27. Mary not only expresses Her Love in all Her actions and words, but also in all Her thoughts, feelings and longings: From the deepest, most hidden regions of Her being, uninterrupted waves of the deepest Love are constantly flowing towards God and the whole of creation. While looking at a flower, a plant, a tree or an animal Her Heart glorifies and thanks God for this gift of His Love. All Her wishes are ultimately expressions of Her desire that Her fellow creatures and God might have every reason to rejoice, She does not bear in mind Her own life nor Her own person. This way She is always moving God’s Heart by the deepest inner states of Her Heart, Her mind and Her soul, without anyone hearing Her say anything or seeing Her do anything. Therefore we can say that Mary, even by Her mere Presence in the world, was constantly serving as a key to the gate of Graces.

  28. In Mary not one single glum thought or negative feeling stands a chance. She immediately resists every temptation to deviate from Love in any way whatsoever. Because She has recognized the perfection of God’s Love for the whole of creation, and She regards every creature as a work of God’s Love, given to man as gifts of Love and as perceptible points through which God’s Love can flow, every feeling of hate, envy, jealousy or resentment is immediately nipped in the fire of Her Love. She knows perfectly well that every glum thought or every negative feeling increases the impact of misery on earth. Moreover She knows that such thoughts and feelings are not compatible with blind faith in God’s Love and in the ultimate victory of His Light.

  29. Not only an absolutely perfect Love towards Her fellow people and towards the animals can be found in Mary, She also regards all plants, flowers and trees as works of God, in which She can feel His Love. She therefore treats all vegetation with the utmost respect, and uses the sight of every flower, every plant and every tree as occasions to thank God for the Love He lets flow towards the human souls through all this beauty, through all these scents and colours, through this tremendous variety of wonders of Life and through all healing powers. This is one of the reasons why She takes care to prevent as much as possible that She should tread on a flower or damage a plant in any way whatsoever.

  30. Mary speaks but very little. If She does speak, She always does so directly. Her words always contain an immense Wisdom, but never any ulterior motive nor any ambiguity. On account of Her perfect openness and unambiguousness towards Her fellow creatures She inspires total confidence. Every creature experiences Mary’s perfect reliability. Therefore nobody can ever distrust Her. Each word from Her mouth is reliable, because She is so deeply inspired by God that She always speaks His words. To Mary each word is a bridge of Love, hope and encouragement, a bridge between God’s Heart and every creature.

  31. Even while suffering physically or spiritually Mary is gentle, loving and soft, She never speaks in a grumpy or unfriendly tone of voice, She never hurts anybody, and is never irritated about anything. Even in difficult times She will be for every fellow creature like a sun, an invigorating breeze or a full moon in the night, depending on what the creature that comes into contact with Her happens to need in the particular moment when She is in contact with it. To Mary every moment of suffering is a moment of grace, a sacred act by which the gates of Grace are unlocked. That is why She spends every moment of suffering in a sublime spiritual unity with God’s Heart, like in a state of inner adoration. In this state of unity with God it is inconceivable that She should radiate anything else but Light and Love.

  32. In all circumstances Mary speaks and acts in such a way as not to hurt or sadden Her fellow man and to prevent the latter from being subjected to any feelings of inferiority. For instance, She adapts Herself perfectly to Her partner in conversation, and immediately makes him feel at ease. With Mary, all of this is not accomplished in some artificial way but quite spontaneously, because Love and respect towards every fellow creature are the main driving forces underlying all Her contacts.

  33. Mary never criticizes anybody. She does neither directly criticise the fellow person concerned, nor (even less) does so in the latter’s absence. She respects the fact other souls follow their own logic while pursuing their behaviour. Through this attitude Mary expresses Her conviction that Her fellow person has got his reasons for dealing with his surroundings and his concrete daily experiences the way he does. Her humility prevents Her from criticising Her fellow person, and moreover She does not under any circumstances want to become Her fellow person’s judge, not even in small matters. She only expresses Herself as to any conduct or situation if a fellow person explicitly and with a sincere heart requests Her to do so. In that case She will always judge on the basis of the perfect spiritual wisdom She has got at Her disposal.

  34. For various reasons Mary often lies awake during the night. She sacrifices lying awake during the night with the intention that Her fellow souls should obtain the grace of vigility against the works of darkness. Like She does as far as any trial is concerned, Mary also considers every sleepless hour to be something God allows because He deems it necessary at the particular time. She does not ask questions as to the reason why, She simply undergoes, and She knows it is good, because just like everything else it comes out of God’s hand and is transformed into Light through Her accepting it.

  35. Mary eats but very moderately. Quite often She goes without food, being aware of the fact detachment yields many fruits for the whole of creation. She renounces quite a lot of foods. Among others, as a child She takes the vow never again to touch honey cakes (which were very popular in Her country in Her days). She consecrates this vow to God, as a means of fighting the 'sweetness' of many worldly temptations that are like poison for the soul. She merely eats to maintain Her body, and therefore attaches very little importance to the way Her food tastes, but only to the latter’s nutritional value. She looks upon all foods as if She were receiving them straight out of God’s hand.

  36. If Mary has got a surplus of foods, She shares it with Her fellow creatures (humans and animals alike). She regards every surplus as a work of Divine Providence enabling Her to support other creatures in the fulfillment of their life plan. When Mary feeds animals outdoors She offers this to God with the intention that it may enable these animals to fulfill the mission God has foreseen for them in His Plan of Salvation. She is well aware of the fact that under bad weather conditions God entrusts the animals partly to the human souls: Animals that find too little food are unable to acquire it. Man can share it with them, and if he is to be perfect, he must also think of the animals which are often partly depending on the food people put at their disposal.

  37. Mary is blessed with an unusual beauty, which does not solely result from Her physical traits, but also emanates straight from Her soul, which seems to radiate through Her body. Nevertheless She takes great pains hiding Her beauty. A few exceptional times I am granted to see Her very beautiful long golden blond hair unveiled (indoors). In the vicinity of men She also frequently covers Her face behind a partial veil. Through veiling Her physical traits She aims at preventing that Her fellow people, when in contact with Her, should be distracted by sensory perception and thereby be guided away from the message of Divine Love She wants to spread through Her entire way of being and acting.

  38. Mary’s clothing is very simple and clean, and shows not a single sign of vanity. Throughout Her life I can always see Her in a simple garment (usually white), which, when outdoors, She usually covers with a rather long cloak (I have seen it in dark blue, in heavenly blue and in gray). As a child Mary prefers a very plain gray dress, which (much to Her mother Anne’s regret) She absolutely insists on wearing so as to attract as little attention as possible. She wears a veil, which is usually either white or in the same colour as Her cloak. The cloak is often kept more tight by means of a girdle made of cloth. Mary has but very limited options as far as Her clothing is concerned, but She chooses it according to the weather conditions and taking account of the souls She will be contacting. Her guideline while making this choice is always the goal to attract as little attention as possible.

  39. Mary does not speak any negative words about Her fellow man. In every fellow man She is always looking for positive things and trying to bring them to bloom. Moreover, if necessary She points these positive qualities out to this person’s fellow people, so that the latter may come to a better impression of the person concerned. This is part of Mary’s struggle for the purification of hearts, because each negative thought, each negative feeling and each negative word enhances the impact of darkness within creation, and creatures that feel approached in a negative way start functioning less freely and are therefore no longer able to make their contribution to God’s Plan of Salvation with optimal fruitfulness.

  40. Mary leads an intense inner life. She is constantly linking Her Heart up with God, and in Her fellow creatures She only notices the things which tell Her the latter are suffering or have got a specific need. Otherwise She does not pay any attention to what Her fellow man is doing. She does not show any interest in conversations or events in the street, in activities with the neighbours or in worldly news. She knows that God pursues a goal with every life and that the way a life plan is fulfilled in all details is a matter between the soul concerned and God. She is only interested in Her fellow man insofar as She can let Love flow to him, and can support him in his needs.

  41. Mary is not curious about worldly events. She allows as little as possible of the things Her fellow people say and do to enter Her conscious mind, unless She is addressed directly. This way She respects every person’s private life. She considers each act committed by a fellow person and each word the latter speaks to another person, to be a matter between the souls concerned and God, and She proceeds on the assumption that if God deems it necessary that She should hear or see certain things, He will actively and personally involve Her in the events concerned. This way Mary keeps Her mind and Heart totally free for the inner contact with God.

  42. Mary performs all Her household chores for and with God. When She is sweeping the floor, She offers it to God for the purpose of cleaning a soul. When She is washing clothes, in Her Heart She is actually washing a soul with the water of Divine Life. When She is preparing meals, in Her Heart She is nourishing a soul with Divine Wisdom. She is constantly speaking to God. This way She lightens the burden of all chores and tasks and adds to them a great deal of (spiritual) sense: All household chores are thus made part of God’s Plan of Salvation as works of Love and as services to God and to the whole of creation. She offers God Her hands as an 'extra pair of hands' through which He can perform His Works, because She knows that God is always looking for opportunities to continue His Works through the intermediary of human hands. On account of the purity of Her Heart in the execution of Her works Mary knows that, in reality, She is doing God’s Works, even in the most common everyday chores.

  43. Mary does not cling to any fixed patterns in Her life. For example, She will not perform Her household chores according to any fixed scheme. Mary does not want to organize Her life according to worldly habits, but wants to be fully and immediately available for every plan God chooses to pursue with Her. Mary considers a life governed by fixed patterns to be a life organized according to human time instead of God’s time. She knows such a life cannot lead a soul to its optimal fruitfulness, since it turns her into a prisoner of the rhythm of the world and worldly thinking, and gives priority to the pseudo needs of worldly life over the soul’s real needs (related to her spiritual growth), which can be adjusted by God from minute to minute.

  44. When Mary is working together with a fellow person, She tends to adjust to this person’s working system to the disadvantage of Her own system. I can see this, for example, when She is working with two other women at the repair of clothes: Although Mary is very skilled and resourceful She is immediately willing to try out the suggestions made by Her friends. She gives advice if She is requested to do so, but She never goes on the assumption that Her system is the best. That is why She immediately accepts to adapt Herself to the others. Thus, also within this context, She appears as the model of humility, self-denial and solidarity.

  45. Mary does not judge anybody by appearances, neither as far as physical traits are concerned, nor as to clothing, housing or other characteristics. In every contact with a fellow creature Mary makes Herself receptive to this creature’s deeper self. She knows that in many cases, superficial characteristics are deceptive and prevent the soul from entering into any real empathic contact with the other soul. Moreover She knows that every creature possesses its specific physical traits because God pursues a specific goal with them, and that it is therefore pointless as well as an expression of protest against (or of criticism of) God’s provisions if one judges a fellow creature superficially.

  46. Mary is a model of humility. In every contact with a fellow person She behaves as though She were the lesser, who wants nothing but to serve and to give Love. She expresses Her humility in Her willingness to help and in Her attempts to always and everywhere remain in the back unnoticed. Wherever a bunch of people are standing together She is the one who is usually noticed the last. In most cases She is also the most quiet of all. She does not even hesitate to see to it that She also physically appears less tall than the person She is meeting, for instance by resting on one knee when speaking to a child. Thus She avoids Her fellow person should also literally look up to Her, and that there would be a noticeable distance between Her and Her fellow person.

  47. Under all circumstances of life Mary’s inner peace and quiet seem imperturbable. She practices a perfect patience. Mary regards all events in life as a brook which lets God’s Water of Life flow gently past Her soul. No drop arrives at the soul before God’s time, and if the soul tries to drink a certain drop before His time, it will not quench her thirst, but will damage her. Thus Mary does not run ahead of things, but waits patiently, and in the meantime offers all Her sensations, perceptions and trials up to God, so that Her patience might help create graces. To Mary, patience is also part of Her blind faith in God’s actions: After She has offered a certain event, situation, development or soul up to God She trustingly waits for the moment when God brings about any change. In most cases, after Her act of consecration She does not actively do or say anything with the intention of speeding things up.

  48. Mary does not repel any fellow person. She tries to be of service to all of them, no exceptions, on their paths to God. She, the Immaculate One, the perfectly holy One, will during the second half of Jesus’ Public Life become the closest Friend of Mary Magdalene, who before then had been a woman of ill repute. After Mary Magdalene has been touched very deeply by Jesus, Mary will complete the liberation of this unfortunate one: When one day Mary Magdalene, prostrated at Mary’s feet, bitterly weeps about her past, Mary has her stand up. Henceforth she will regard Mary as her Mistress, her Role model and her best Friend. Mary will never again remind her of her sinful past, not even by one single word.

  49. Mary never dwells upon the past. She does not talk about worldly events nor about Her own past, unless some special lesson can be conveyed through Her words. Sometimes She will allow a pleasant memory to pop up in Her mind, for which She thanks God, but otherwise She fully lives in the present. Each time when a painful memory comes up She considers the moment to be an occasion to experience for God a pain which may bring souls closer to Him. She does not do this in a gloomy state of mind, but in a state of loving acceptance of an opportunity to 'perfect' Her Love. Mary’s Love IS perfect, but She keeps this awareness far from Her mind: At any price She wants to keep enhancing Her beauty as a Flower for God. In this frame of mind She once again proves Her humility, in that She, who was created in perfect holiness and leads a perfectly holy life, goes on the assumption that Her Love, just like the one of every other soul, is subject to further perfection.

  50. As of Jesus’ Public Life many people call Mary 'Mother', because She is the Mother of Jesus of Nazareth, the famous 'Prophet', who is recognized by the most enlightened souls as the Messiah. That is the role She is to fulfill with Heart and soul Her whole life long, in the deepest spiritual sense of the word: To everyone, young and old, men and women alike, She is the embodiment of caring, protection and spiritual education. Already during Jesus’ Public Life Mary is also at some occasions addressed as 'the Mistress' by souls who thereby refer to Her unique relation to 'the Master', the 'Rabbi of Nazareth'. Especially after Jesus’ Ascension the members of the young Church of Christ will refer to Her by both capacities, 'Mother' and 'Mistress'. Mary accepts and bears both titles in honour of Her Divine Son, who – as appears from a great many situations that are shown to me – is honoured in and through Her as though He were still living among the Christians.

  51. As pointed out before Mary not only abhors attending festivities, She does not even look for human contacts. She is very hospitable, but seldom goes to visit people of Her own accord. If She does, it will be in order to offer Her help, and every single occasion to go and visit somebody is regarded by Her as an occasion to glorify God and His Works, for in every contact with people She hardly speaks about other subjects but God’s Words and His Truth. She does not lose any time over worldly conversations.

  52. Mary does not let Herself be discouraged by any setback or negative event. She regards every event in Her life as a construction built by Divine Providence, and furthermore She is perfectly aware that the Light always has the last word, because Divine Justice always restores every imbalance brought about by works of darkness. On account of this attitude Mary is always and everywhere a mouthpiece of unshakable hope and a source of encouragement. She teaches innumerable fellow people to look at their lives and trials in a totally different way, and thus contributes to adding a lot of meaning and sense to the lives of many, and to enabling the latter to experience their lives and trials as making much more sense, instead of staying unfruitful because of spiritual emptiness and negative attitudes. Thus Mary contributes toward the transformation of many souls into small fortresses of hope and courage.

  53. The unique privilege of Mary’s Immaculate Conception does not at all mean She is free from temptations. Her sanctity is not presented to Her just like that, on the contrary. Satan attacks Her frequently and fiercely. In every temptation She says to God: "God of Israel, this does not serve Your Works". Several times God will remind Her of the fact She has been given the power to subject the devil to Her. She then asks for permission to fight the devil "just like any other soul has to do". She will but rarely make use of Her extraordinary power over the devil. She merely does so to glorify God, never with the intention to alleviate the burden of Her own cross nor to display Her power.

  54. God has granted Mary the power to work wonders. She is not just granted this power as a gift, She also earns it Herself by virtue of the Law of Divine Justice, because of Her perseverance in the perfectly holy life She leads of Her own free will. Mary very much proves Her humility through the fact She only makes use a few times of the power that is granted to Her, and She hardly does so in the presence of a fellow person.

  55. Mary is driven by an absolute need to be in peace with all Her fellow creatures. Therefore She never argues with anybody. She implements a perfect sense of forgiveness and never holds any grudges. She reconciles many souls with each other. Mary knows that every lack of perfect peace of heart is likely to inhibit the assimilation as well as the transmission of Love, and that any discord with a fellow person maintains the works of darkness and constitutes a fruitful soil for ever new temptations aimed against this fellow person.

  56. Mary’s self-control is perfect. Under all circumstances She behaves in such a way as to be able to make every fellow creature near Her feel good in every way. With Her all this happens very spontaneously because Her Love is so perfect that She aims at nothing else but every fellow creature’s happiness. If She is in contact with a malevolent soul who loves evil more than Love, Mary spares no pains to let this attitude of Hers shine to the fullest. Especially under such circumstances She goes to great lengths to make all the Love She has got within Her shine, in order that the soul concerned may be touched.

  57. Mary avoids all contact with the world outside as much as She can. If She goes out She cuts Her mind and perception off as much as possible from all impressions from Her surroundings, because She wants to keep Her Heart geared perfectly to God. She does not actively pay attention to events taking place in Her vicinity, nor does She listen to any conversations around Her, but She leads an intense inner life. This means that She rather restricts Her sensory perception to impressions from nature, because the latter are less likely to defile the soul than impressions from human activities tend to do. When She is running errands She confines Her attention to the things She really needs. This way She sees to it that the sensory impressions stay limited and the mind (thinking) does not get overactive. Every form of materialism, as well as all time lost by people because of materialistic activities, worldly thinking and worldly conversations, is uninterruptedly consecrated by Her to God, in order that graces may be obtained for the souls that are absorbed in all such activities.

  58. Mary’s only Child (Jesus) is indeed Divine by nature, but God has decided that the Messiah shall grow up as a Man with human traits and features. The growing Jesus must thus be 'educated' as a Man. To the young Jesus Mary is the Guide on the path to adulthood. In every contact with youngsters Mary is the gentle and loving Educator, whose entire behaviour is fully based on God’s Doctrine, who teaches the virtues in every situation of daily life, and who will rather boost and encourage self-confidence and positive characteristics than point out any negative ones. Mary is fully aware that only the soul whose self-confidence is nourished in a healthy way will be able to find the strength to win the constant struggle against the darkness in life.

  59. The major stimulus in Mary’s behaviour is Her absolute unwillingness to commit any sins. Her Love for God, for His Works and for creation is so total that She is in no respect willing to deviate from the Law of Love. Each sin is a violation of God’s Law of Love. In every situation, before committing any act and before speaking any word Mary asks Herself the question how She can obtain the highest possible fruitfulness for the accomplishment of God’s Works and of the Great Plan of Salvation for all souls of all times. That is why She wants to bring every element of Her actions, words and inner states, thoughts and feelings into perfect conformity with God’s Law. Thus Mary wants to make perfect and full use of the time allotted to Her on earth, and wants to spread nothing but Light and Love around Her.

  60. Mary does not set one single worldly goal for Herself. She really lives from day to day, from hour to hour in full receptiveness as to God’s inspirations and guidance, because She knows that each minute of earthly life is granted to the soul for no other purpose but to enable her to make her contribution to God’s all-embracing Works. Making plans, is organizing life according to human time. Mary starts from the premise that the soul must gear her actions as much as possible to God’s inspirations as well as to the time at which He gives these inspirations, in order to achieve her greatest fruitfulness. Indeed, the soul does not live for the sake of worldly matters, but for the purpose of making her personal contribution to the accomplishment of God’s great Plan with creation, and only God knows when He can best use what contribution from a certain soul. This is why Mary organizes Her days exactly like God shapes them through all His inspirations and signs, through the souls He leads onto Her path, etcetera.

  61. Mary even accepts any injustice done unto Her without any protest. Every instance of injustice is offered up to obtain graces for the battle against all injustice in the world. She accepts such situations as provisions of God, who has judged this would make Her life even more fruitful for His Plan of Salvation. This attitude shows Mary’s exceptional self-control, which in the past gave rise to me calling Her in prayers the 'Queen of Golgotha', after I had seen Her in several visions in Her indescribable dignity while beholding Her dying Son, despite the heart-rending circumstances. On Golgotha the Mother of Sorrows is weeping, yet much more internally (invisibly, in Her Heart) than externally (visibly and audibly). No maledictions, no negative words ever come out of Her mouth. She merely undergoes, understands that it must happen, denies Her own feelings, and offers up all Her pains, so that the darkness displaying itself before Her very eyes may be transformed into Light.

  62. Mary is so concerned about the well-being of Her fellow creatures (humans and animals alike) that She foresees their needs. That is what She demonstrates, for example, at he wedding at Cana. As to Her fellow man, She practices this virtue first and foremost with respect to the interests of his spiritual life. She will also assist people in their material needs. Indeed, although She has hardly got any surplus Herself, She even shares with others as much as She can. She prefers fasting for a day if She sees an opportunity to give Her food for the day away to a poor fellow man or even to a hungry animal. She avoids as much as possible to perform all these good deeds in public. In these situations Mary shows the absolute summit of unselfish Love and charity.

  63. Mary avoids all empty pastime. She fills all of Her time with acts, thoughts and words that help promote God’s Works directly or indirectly. She does not even begin to perform acts which are not likely to contribute to God’s Works. She constantly associates necessary worldly acts (filling water bottles, preparing meals, etcetera) with consecration and silent prayer, thus turning these acts in their final effects into spiritual acts which make Love flow and therefore benefit God’s Works. Although She possesses the holiness to transform even the most common act or situation into something valuable She consciously goes without everything which contains nothing but worldly elements: games, lengthy shopping, worldly conversations, etcetera.

  64. Mary does not allow Herself to be led by negative expectations. She knows that souls can darken internally and can become unfruitful in their behaviour when harbouring negative expectations towards the future, even in the smallest matters. Mary does not give negative expectations a chance, because She is absolutely certain that God arranges everything for the best. On the level of the eternal Plan of Salvation any negative things that do happen never make a final situation, they are always merely a temporary phase. The more the soul is able to consecrate the trial whole-heartedly the sooner God will be able to transform it into Light.

  65. Mary is an excellent listener. She listens to the souls’ needs. She does not do so superficially or just to be polite, but on the basis of a will to obtain graces for these souls and to convince them that they are not alone in their difficulties. This is how She represents the listening God, who deeply sympathizes with His creatures and never forgets them. Through this attitude Mary succeeds in giving many souls the strength to persevere in their trials.

  66. No matter what Mary is doing, Herinner life is constantly united with the 'higher' things. With every action, even the most trivial one, it is as though Her Heart is constantly fathoming the supernatural reality, trying to situate Her action within the whole of God’s Works. She incessantly visualises what exactly the action is going to mean for God’s Plan of Salvation and for the development of the souls involved. This way Mary adds a supernatural, spiritual value to all of Her actions.

  67. Although, just like any living being, Mary lives in the world, in fact Her actual perception and all Her sensations dwell in the supernatural reality: She sees everything, yet consciously does not allow many perceptions to enter Her Heart. Her Heart filters out all elements that are purely worldly and could lead Her away from that what really matters. Because of this it seems like only a small part of that which happens around Her, is actually 'registered' in Her mind.

  68. Mary is not vindictive nor resentful. If a fellow person has done wrong to Her, She commits Herself for his conversion by treating him with Love, not speaking badly of him, and only thinking of him in thoughts filled with Light. She knows that each negative thought and each negative word can prevent an erring soul from being converted, and that negative feelings, thoughts and words spread very quickly among souls.

  69. Mary makes a great many sacrifices and does a lot of penance. She subjects Her physical feelings of pain and discomfort so thoroughly to the experience of Love and the desire to serve God that She actualy experiences joy in this suffering, being very much aware that Her suffering carries within itself the seed of Divine Life for souls.

  70. Mary sees to it that each action, each element of Her behaviour, every word and every poise of Her body should convey Light, Love and purity, in order that at all times She should spread nothing but Light and be a visible model for a life in God’s Presence. Thus She helps exterminate dark tendencies in souls that contact or meet Her.

  71. Mary is an Apostle of Peace. No matter how Her fellow man treats Her, She prevents any possible conflict through Her exceptional self-control, which derives its strength from Mary’s unconditional Love and from the awareness that souls are also against their will poisoned against each other. She knows that every discord makes God’s Works less fruitful and enhances all misery in the world. Mary also tries to reconcile people if they are set against each other. She does so very discretely, without imposing Herself.

  72. Mary is a very joyful soul. She is aware that a joyful attitude spreads much Light, brings detention and inner peace to Her fellow creatures, and therefore better enables everyone the soul comes into contact with, to go through their own trials in a more fruitful way. Mary experiences joyfulness as a source of Divine strength which makes Her fruitful in everything She does and says, and which helps Her fellow creatures perceive God’s Presence. This is why the experience of any lack of joyfulness in other souls is one of Mary’s heaviest crosses. Through Her joyfulness Mary proves Her absolute power over Her own Heart: She does not allow any saddening or disappointing experience to darken Her mood.

  73. Mary develops an extraordinary ability to rejoice and to be enthusiatic in a very controlled way, about a great many things. This is not difficult to Her because She manages to regard every detail of Her daily life as a work of Divine Providence. This attitude enables Her to keep in very close contact with the inspiration God’s Spirit tries to infuse into the soul in all her works and words in order that she might use every situation for the benefit of accomplishing God’s Plans.

  74. One of the major sources of Mary’s strength consists of Her will to enable nothing to ever discourage Her and to consider everything in a positive way. She sees something good in everything, even if sometimes the good lies hidden very deeply, because She knows that God’s Works and Plans can be served by anything if the soul fills every situation with Light from the heart. It is this attitude which enables Mary to never let Herself be discouraged by any trial (and the latter are very numerous in Her life).

  75. The soul that sees and hears Mary frequently and for a long time, is struck by Her equanimity. Her mood does hardly ever fluctuate. The biggest extremes I ever see are Her enchanting smile on the one hand, and a controlled sadness on the other hand. Otherwise no sudden mood swings: Every contact with Mary is like a boat trip on a quiet lake. Every person who sees Her or speaks with Her, experiences this contact as an event without any shocks, in a perfect feeling of security at heart, and experiences it as some sort of constant injection of Heavenly bliss. Mary succeeds in maintaining this frame of mind by keeping in mind that God wants to use every soul at all times as a channel for His Light, Love and strength. Her equanimity is one of the many states of mind showing Her perfect self-control: Nothing can throw Her off balance, because She lets God live in Her totally.

  76. Mary’s compassion is perfect: Despite Her own countless trials She always finds Her fellow man’s trials more important, and She is constantly looking for ways and means to support Her suffering fellow man with the Light of true hope and with lots of encouragement, and to bring him inner peace and quiet. She does not give any fellow man the feeling as though She would find his trials insignificant. Nevertheless She does not pity Her suffering fellow man, but helps him to use his trials as bridges toward Salvation and blessing.

In conclusion

The Mistress of all souls desires that everything which, during Her life on earth, She did to God, would be imitated by the souls towards Her: She consecrated everything to God, the souls best consecrate everything to Mary, since She is God’s preferred Bridge to the Source of Graces, the immaculate Transformer that purifies all our actions, prayers, sacrifices, consecrations, etcetera, reinforces them endlessly by Her perfect Love, and subsequently adds them to God’s Works. We could express it this way, that Mary is the Fertility Factor for each soul that tries to bring the seed of Jesus Christ to bloom within herself. The strength of Mary’s life on earth was the strength of total and all-embracing consecration. We must follow Her on this completely, by consecrating everything to Her, since She is the perfect Bridge to God’s Heart, the Bridge that ennobles everything. Thus the present teaching can and must essentially be regarded as a Guide for the total consecration to Mary.

Mary is the Dawn of God’s Kingdom on earth, the Light of the rising sun which breaks the darkness and is gradually absorbed into the Light of the Midday Sun (Christ), the Sign of the accomplishment of Redemption within the soul. In proportion as the rising sun (Mary) turns into the Midday Sun (Christ) within the soul (that has wanted to be united with Mary through total consecration), Redemption is accomplished within the soul. The Mistress of all souls is therefore the Bridge toward this accomplishment. In the soul that is totally consecrated to Mary and completes her Redemption, Mary Herself also repeats Her perfect merger with Christ, so to speak.

Through a Divine Mystery every soul that is prepared to surrender totally and unconditionally to Mary in order to be used by Her in the battle against darkness, can so thoroughly partake in the inner states which completely governed Mary while She was still on earth, that under Mary’s command, rule and inspiration she can be led towards her own sanctity along the most fruitful ways. The Celestial Mistress tries to accomplish this Mystery within the souls consecrated to Her, through inner guidance and inspirations, and through the enhancement of the soul’s awareness. She tries to achieve the latter mainly through the Science of Divine Life, which She brings to the souls in all Her teachings through Her Myriam.

For the Mistress of all souls,

Myriam – October 2010
