TOTUS TUUS, MARIA!

THE PURPOSE OF LIFE

Myriam van Nazareth

On June 7, 2007, the Mistress of all souls said to Myriam:

"One of the greatest messages of hope I could possibly convey to the souls is this: God’s Plans and Works are perfect. They leave nothing unfulfilled. No questions remain unanswered forever. Everything is completed the way a jigsaw puzzle is completed. Man is troubled by many questions. Because it often seems as if such questions are not answered man tends to fall prey to the temptation of believing many things are meaningless or pointless.

I reassure the souls that in God’s time all questions are answered. In the hour when she is judged by God the soul receives an answer to all questions she has been asking herself in the course of her past life. Thus in that hour she is going to see the full meaning and purpose of every detail of her life. God first and foremost judges the soul according to the extent to which she has fulfilled the Law of Love, but He also judges her according to the extent to which she has believed in His Wisdom and His Love and has trusted in the meaningfulness of all the things she could not see. (...)"

Every soul asks herself questions as to the actual purpose and meaning of life. To many of these questions the world does not provide satisfactory answers. As a matter of fact the world is downright unable to answer them, as the actual purpose and meaning of life is to be found on quite a different level than that of materials things: The actual purpose and meaning of life resides in the truth that every human soul is sent into the world for the purpose of helping to accomplish God’s Works of Love through her entire behaviour and all her inner dispositions (thoughts, feelings, desires, aspirations). In order to accomplish this mission in life the soul must fulfil the Law of true Love in every detail of her life, in all contacts with fellow creatures and with God (in prayer, meditation, worship etc.) and through her entire inner life, in other words: In her entire behaviour and all her inner dispositions she must spontaneously and with rock-solid determination exterminate all darkness and in sincere Love dedicate herself fully to the advancement of the well-being of all her fellow creatures and the accomplishment of God’s intentions. In all this the soul must remain fully aware of the fact the Plan God aims at completing for the benefit of all creation has to do with the establishment of His Kingdom of perfect Love and Peace for and among all creatures all over the world, and that this is therefore the Plan to which she is to make her very personal contribution. All human souls are tools through which God tries to accomplish this Plan.

To the extent to which the soul fulfils this mission she is actually making her life on earth meaningful in the way God has intended it to be.

In the Pentecost season of 2020 the Mistress of all souls inspired the following Revelation for the purpose of deep reflection:

"In the hour in which God passes judgment on a soul’s life which has just ended He shows her every detail of that life exactly the way He Himself has seen and experienced it: everything the soul has been doing, has been neglecting to do, has said, thought, felt, wished and aspired for , her dispositions towards each fellow creature that has crossed her path through life and toward every situation and event which have occurred at any point on this path, all of this as of the moment of her birth in the flesh until her very dying hour.

Thus the Divine Judge shows to the soul the entire film of her life including her inner life, up to the smallest and best concealed details. In concrete terms this means that, in a split second, the soul gets the opportunity to see herself the way she actually is without the slightest limitation. Not one single detail remains concealed.

You might picture this event as God opening up to the soul all the chambers of her inner life, including the ones she has been trying to keep locked to herself, to her fellow man, even to God.

If in the process chambers are opened which appear to be rather dirty or untidy there is no excuse for the soul having neglected to tidy up and clean them. Do not forget every soul’s mission in life first and foremost consists herein that she should go to any lengths to keep reducing the effects of the original sin. She is to do so by strictly practicing self-denying Love towards all her fellow creatures and towards God Himself and through a persistent struggle against all and any temptations, any inclination towards allowing darkness to enter into her actions, words, thoughts, feelings, wishes and aspirations.

In that hour every soul is revealed the fullness of the truth about herself and about her genuine, deepest dispositions, including those she has been keeping hidden the most anxiously, both from herself and from her fellow man, even from God. This means that in the hour when judgment is passed before the throne of God each veil of deception and self-deception is lifted and each work of darkness is brought to light, and that in the hour of each judgment on a soul’s past life God’s omnipotence and omniscience are glorified.

This is how the Law of Divine Justice is constantly trying to find a new balance in creation, which is so heavily distorted. It tries to accomplish this whenever with the judgment passed on a human soul’s life who has just been called back to God, each trace of inner darkness and the fullness of the Truth about each work and plan of the darkness in every human life is totally exposed.

After this exposure the soul herself is under the obligation to make amends for all the darkness that has been exposed in her inner life, insofar as she is still able to do so in purgatory, where all of this will have to be entrusted by the soul’s free will to the fire of Love, which she must manage to kindle inside of her. The main fuel for this fire is the sincere remorse devoid of selfishness but nourished completely by the pain over all she has caused fellow creatures and God Himself, and which is geared to making up for all of this out of sincere Love for fellow creatures and for God. Therefore sincere remorse is not – and can never be – powered by any concern about one’s own fate.

As to the portion of the darkness which, on account of its severity and/or its volume, cannot be repaired, I refer to words I inspired earlier". (by these last words the Mistress refers to Her teaching Life beyond the evening sun – the English translation of which we have unfortunately not yet managed to complete).

A few days later Mary once again granted a Revelation for the purpose of deep reflection:

"Every human soul is created with the scar of the original sin in token of the disobedience by the first human souls to God’s Law.

Each individual soul is sent into the world with the mission of reducing the effects of the original sin to an absolute minimum in token of her willingness to regain harmony with God’s Law. This is exactly what is to be understood by the thesis which says the soul is to aspire for a life in the image of God.

Fulfilling this basic mission presupposes that every soul should tackle all her inner weaknesses and any inclination which may present obstacles to her growing in the image of God, and that she should eradicate all of this. This is why no human soul must ever feel satisfied with the way she is and why she must never allow her inner life to remain under the influence of any trace from her education which may pose a threat to her achieving the full fruitfulness as a tool at the service of the accomplishment of God’s Plan of Salvation.

Thus there is no way God could ever approve of a soul maintaining or continuously sticking to innate faults or unfruitful habits passed down through the generations, for instance views proceeding from folk religion and similar approaches to life focused on the pursuit of her personal needs or of interests she believes she has. By the will of God the soul is supposed to fulfil the mission of detaching herself from anything which prevents her from being a fruitful tool for the accomplishment of God’s Plan of Salvation and of His Law. If she fails to accomplish this mission the Divine Judge will automatically regard her life as a wilful failure to contribute to accomplishing His Law.

Therefore, in the hour when judgment is passed on their lives, countless souls are severely shocked when discovering that their view of having honoured God all of their lives (by lighting candles, adorning statues with flowers, even piling up prayers and Holy Masses, etc.) is shattered completely at God’s view, according to which they have done all of this for the mere purpose of pursuing their own Eternal Salvation, yet have not made any concrete contributions to the accomplishment of His Plan of Salvation".

The Mistress of all souls calls for launching the present menu item with a view to motivating souls to lead a truly fruitful life at the service of God’s Works. The Queen of Heaven has already inspired several teachings related to this subject, which can be reached through the links a bit further below. These texts are therefore among the most vital ones the Science of Divine Life has got to offer.

Through the following teachings the Queen of Heaven wants to help the human souls acquire an acute awareness of the meaningfulness of life on earth, no matter what trials they may find on their path through life:
